Below is an email exchange I had with the Customer Service rep of Cruizin Concepts. I questioned why a particular product was still on their website if they no longer carry the product (two days after I had ordered it for a friend) and the CS rep basically told me to shove it if I didn't like they way they do business.......not exactly the way I have always thought business should be handled nor my idea of Customer Service. Anyhoo, nothing really lost but I will never attempt to do business with this company again and I will encourage all of my friends to also avoid their website. Wp

The email above was followed by the following threat from the Customer Service Dept. Perhaps I am slightly in error as I should have used the term "Customer Relations" rather than Customer Service, the customer service of this company after the sale MAY be outstanding, I cannot say either way but the customer relations of at least this employee is sorely lacking. I must point out that I had never heard of CCMS before and only attempted to do business with them after seeing them on this message board.

Your telling us how to run our company which I might add having an item on our website that is carried or not is our business and does not affect customer service, has it even occurred to you that that the item might have recently became unavailable and we have just found out about it, or we leave it up there for ranking purposes? Please do not tell us how to run our company as we have been in business for near a decade so we obviously know what we are doing. As a side note if we had a disregard for customer service we would not be in business. I would just like too let you know that and slander against our company will be watched for closely as we do sponsor all the major mustang forums and they do not tolerate slander on their forums

Hmmm... It seems the OTHER car forum this was posted on bowed to pressure from Cruisin Concepts and removed the post. It is my opinion that the moderators of a car forum that will not allow honest criticism of a vendor simply because they are recieving MONEY from that vendor are themselves doing a disservice to their readers and the auto hobby in general. So....in response to that and to prove that Faos5 will NOT bow to pressure from vendors and that we rather remain loyal to the hobby and will accept both positive and negative vendor reports I hereby make this thread a sticky.

What a bunch of jackasses! I am glad to know this company has been in business for a whole decade and are now so big for their britches that they can pick and choose their customers! Hell with that I will stick with Summit and Jegs. John
